Recognition Chair
Recognition Chair is for making sure our scholars are recognized and spotlighted at all times! This means publicly announcing birthdays, special events Scholars are involved in, and even just highlights of the great things our students are doing!
Mechaun Ross
Marketing Chair
You ever wonder who makes all of our beautiful, amazing flyers and advertising for Council events? You found them! Our marketing chair is in charge of collaborating with other council members to propose marketing, program ideas, photography insight and more for each individual program!
August Solomon
Events and Planning Chair
As the chair of the events and programming committee, you will have a direct influence in proposing ideas for fun and academic events, as well as the service projects we do. Additionally, this Council chair collaborate with the Guarantee staff to help budget events, assist with program shopping, and fundraise for Guarantee and service events/projects.
Cheyenne Hampel
Social Media Chair
These days the Social Media Chair is just as important as any council position! This person is the go-to person for all things Social Media. They will communicate and share information on accounts and manage communication from outside sources coming in on social media. This include the Guarantee Facebook, Instagram, and more!
Miriam Nava
Service Chair
As it is one of our newer Chair positions, it is still under development. However, the basic responsibility of the Service Chair is to identify local service opportunities scholars could take part in and inform council of these opportunities. As a program, we have at least one service project per semester, so be on the look out!
