Freebies for Days!

Okay, so we all know how everyone says, “Nothing in life is free”. Well, they’re right….Unless their talking about all of the free stuff you get at college!

I’ve only been here for one year, just two little semesters, and I can’t even begin to count the free things I’ve gotten while being here! T-shirts, hats, sunglasses, engraved rings, license plates, bags, books, bouncy balls, food, blankets, cups, bracelets, buttons,… seriously, the list just goes on, and on, and on..

You can pretty much go to just about any event and come back with something free. At UNCG, the Campus Activities Board (CAB) is always giving away free t-shirts and miscellaneous items at their weekday and weekend events. The Student Government Association (SGA) does a free t-shirt exchange where you trade in an old t-shirt for a new one. Athletic events give away free stuff each time you hit a milestone for how many games you’ve been to! (hint: you get one the first time you go!!). Also, many different offices on campus have competitions or raffles for free things.!

So, don’t ever worry about not having something to represent your college with! We want you to show your school spirit and pride for UNCG, so we give you things (pretty much every day) so you can!!!
